Tea Time with Jazz Janewattananond and Tiger Woods

Tiger Woods: Hey, Jazz! Great to finally catch up with you. How’s life treating you on the tour?

Jazz Janewattananond: Tiger, it’s an honor! Life has been a whirlwind lately, with tournaments, practice, and trying to keep my travel schedule sane. But I can’t complain — I’m living my dream.

Tiger Woods: I remember those days. Tons of flights, endless rounds of golf. But it sounds like you’re handling it well. By the way, I’ve seen that your short game has been off the charts lately. What’s been your secret?

Jazz Janewattananond: Thanks, Tiger! Coming from you, that means a lot. Honestly, a ton of practice and staying relaxed. I’ve been working with my coach on visualization techniques. It’s helped me stay calm and focused even under pressure. Can’t say it’s a secret, but it works!

Tiger Woods: Visualization is key. I used to do a lot of mental rehearsals, too. Hey, speaking of staying relaxed, I hear you have quite the taste for Thai food. Any favorite dishes you’d recommend?

Jazz Janewattananond: Absolutely! Thai food is my comfort zone. If I had to pick, I’d say Tom Yum Goong — it’s a spicy shrimp soup that’s unbeatable. And, of course, Pad Thai! How about you? Any favorites from your travels?

Tiger Woods: Oh man, Pad Thai is a classic! I’ve tried so many different foods around the world. I’d say sushi in Japan has a special place in my heart. The freshness and the care they put into each piece… it’s an art.

Jazz Janewattananond: Totally agree. Food is such a great way to experience different cultures. Speaking of culture, how do you stay grounded with all the fame and recognition? I’m still getting used to it.

Tiger Woods: That’s a great question. It’s all about the people around you. My family and close friends have always kept me grounded. Also, having hobbies outside of golf helps a lot. What about you? Any interests outside the course?

Jazz Janewattananond: Definitely! I love music — playing the guitar is my go-to stress buster. Been trying my hand at a few songs. It keeps me sane during grueling travel schedules. Maybe we should jam sometime?

Tiger Woods: That sounds like a plan! Golf might be our main gig, but it’s cool to have something else where we can just relax and have fun. We should make it happen one of these days.

Jazz Janewattananond: Absolutely, Tiger. It’s a date! Thanks for the chat. Got to say, you’re a legend and an inspiration. Cheers to more great rounds and maybe a jam session soon!

Tiger Woods: Cheers, Jazz! Looking forward to it. Keep swinging, and see you on the course!
