Aly Raisman: Hey Simone! It’s been a minute since we caught up. How’s everything going?

Simone Biles: I know, right? It’s like we blinked and the world turned upside down. I’m doing good! Still balancing gymnastics with everything else life throws at me. How about you?

Aly: Same here, just trying to find my footing outside of the gym. It’s weird not having the intense training schedule anymore. Trying to figure out what the “new normal” looks like. By the way, I see you’re killing it with all your endorsements and new projects!

Simone: Thanks! It’s definitely a different kind of busy. It’s refreshing, though. And talk about projects—your advocacy work and those mental health workshops you’re involved in are so inspiring.

Aly: Thanks, Simone! It’s something that’s really close to my heart.
